We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP, such as health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preferences.
We do not collect financial account numbers, pension card details, government ID numbers, or any data related to official procedures. This program does not manage government paperwork.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on the following legal bases as recognized under the LFPDPPP:
- Consent: By submitting the contact form and ticking the privacy checkbox, you provide explicit consent for your data to be processed for the purposes described in this policy.
- Legitimate interest: Processing attendance records to coordinate and improve community educational sessions constitutes a legitimate interest that does not override the rights and freedoms of participants.

6. Data Retention
Personal data submitted through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or ongoing correspondence necessitates it.
Workshop attendance records are retained for up to 24 months for program coordination and reporting purposes, then securely destroyed.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by exercising your right of cancellation as described in Section 7.
7. Your Rights (ARCO)
Under the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data, collectively known as ARCO rights:
- Access (Acceso): The right to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
